How you get paid

When

You earn 3% of the project total once the job is completed and paid. Payouts go out within a few business days of completion.

Taxes

If you earn $600+ in a year, we'll send you a 1099 for tax purposes.

The Cornerstone Referral Partner Program is an invitation-only program for our past customers. Thanks for trusting us with your property.

How referrals work

Share your personal link. It books friends a free estimate, tagged to you.
We handle the estimate, the schedule, and the project.
When their project closes, you earn 3% cash. No cap on how many you refer.

Rank up

The more referrals that close, the higher your tier: Bronze → Silver → Gold → Platinum.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Cornerstone Referral Partner Program you agree to the following:

Rewards are earned only when a referred project is completed and paid in full.
Referrals must be new customers who have not already contacted Cornerstone.
Reward amount is 3% of the project subtotal, excluding taxes and third-party materials pass-through.
Cornerstone reserves the right to approve or deny any referral.
Payouts are issued via Zelle to the account on file.
Cornerstone may modify or end the program at any time.
